Don't dare to use that sketch as is! It shows to much how bad I'm at
drawing ellipsis ;)
I might use a combination of Blender, Gimp and perhaps Inkscape to
achieve precision and the most depth while keeping control of colours
and avoiding a sterile look. Will take quite a while, though.
It's up to you. IMO your sketches are way cooler than anything that can
be done in a Blender et al...
They have a life of their own.
