Right-Click on a LADSPA control slider. Then a dialog will pop up, where
you can specify the details. But i find the possibilities a bit lacking.
Especially it's not possible to specify a range. A normal midi CC with
only 127 steps is a bit rough to cover the whole range of some
controls.
