Should work.  The hardware synth on emu10k1/2 cards is actually two
synths.  Unfortunately I don't have a HOWTO.

Not yet.  But someone is working on one.

Really, I just wanted to get an idea of which driver limitations are
keeping people from using it, so the driver can be improved.
