[linux-audio-user] USX2Y rawusb mode

And in latest news, I disabled the normal UHCI driver, and
instead enabled the alternate driver. Now I'm getting pretty much
the same behavior, but different messages on /var/log/messages.

Mar  2 23:48:31 slingshot kernel: ALSA usbusx2yaudio.c:297: Sequence Error!(hcd_frame=1662 ep=10out;wait=636,frame=637).
Mar  2 23:48:31 slingshot kernel: Most propably some urb of usb-frame 636 is still missing.
Mar  2 23:48:31 slingshot kernel: Cause could be too long delays in usb-hcd interrupt handling.
