[linux-audio-user] Precording with on board sound of ASUS A7V8X-X

Hi.

I have an ASUS A7V8X-X with a VIA82xx audio controller.
I can hear sound just fine, but I have some questions on this particular
hardware and its driver:
- - Since the assignment from input/output channel to the actual
connectors seems to be flexible, how can change or control these
assignments.
- - In particular, how do I assignment an input channel, since I can't
find a connector for input. With Windows I have no problems to record
anything.
