This file only has commented lines of documentation. So to set this up in this 
manner I would need to add a line for "realtime" or such for UID=29 (audio).

audio <hard|soft> realtime ??
realtime is not listed as one of the items. There in an mlock <memlock> 
associated with it in its startup script.
