Hi Steve, I really like this piece - I've listened to it quite a few times. Do you have a score or midi file available? I'd like to play it myself - I'm always looking for new pieces for piano recitals & other concerts. I am currently working on some new piano pieces myself, mostly freely composed, apart from a project I'm involved with at the CN Fractal Music Forum at Yahoo Groups. I shall be recording a lot of piano music as soon as time permits. Best wishes, Gavin. > Date: Fri, 15 Jul 2005 00:42:16 -0600 > From: Steve D <groups@xxxxxxxx> > Subject: [linux-audio-user] Music -- > To: Linux-Audio-User <linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Message-ID: <20050715064216.GA4669@xxxxxxxx> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii > > A little piece I composed today and recorded using Rezound (very nice > audio file editor!): > > --a rough version, because this piece is new to my fingers-- > > http://www.xscd.com/pub/music/ogg/abstraction-1_for_piano.ogg > > -sd > -- > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > Live life from the inside out, not the outside in. > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > > > ------------------------------ > > Message: 10 > Date: Fri, 15 Jul 2005 09:15:13 +0200 > From: Thorsten Wilms <t_w_@xxxxxxxxxx> > Subject: Re: [linux-audio-user] Music -- > To: Linux-Audio-User <linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Message-ID: <20050715071513.GA16469@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii > > On Fri, Jul 15, 2005 at 12:42:16AM -0600, Steve D wrote: > > > --a rough version, because this piece is new to my fingers-- > > > > http://www.xscd.com/pub/music/ogg/abstraction-1_for_piano.ogg > > Doesn't sound rough to me :) > It's beautyfull! > > > --- > Thorsten Wilms > > > ------------------------------ > > Message: 11 > Date: Fri, 15 Jul 2005 09:29:27 +0200 > From: Thorsten Wilms <t_w_@xxxxxxxxxx> > Subject: Re: [linux-audio-user] Music -- > To: Linux-Audio-User <linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Message-ID: <20050715072927.GB16469@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii > > On Fri, Jul 15, 2005 at 09:15:13AM +0200, Thorsten Wilms wrote: > > It's beautyfull! > > /0_0\ > > beautiful, even :) > > --- > Thorsten Wilms > > > ------------------------------ > > Message: 12 > Date: Fri, 15 Jul 2005 09:29:47 +0200 > From: Emiliano Grilli <emillo@xxxxxxxxx> > Subject: Re: [linux-audio-user] alsa midi processor > To: A list for linux audio users <linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Message-ID: <20050715072947.GA26548@xxxxxxxxxx> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii > > venerd?, 15 luglio 2005 alle 00:42:10, Atte Andr?
