[linux-audio-user] how to get 8 outputs on a Chaintech AV-170?

I bought a cheap Chaintech AV-170, which has 8 outputs; it's a 7.1 card using 
a Envy24HT chip from VIA. Only 6 out of 8 outputs are working so far. How to 
activate the last 2 outputs?
