Put
alias timemachine='timemachine -f wav'
in ~/.bashrc but note that timemachine's wav output is 
WAVE_FORMAT_IEEE_FLOAT (32 bit) instead of the ubiquitious 
WAVE_FORMAT_PCM (16bit) you might expect.
