That's not an error, in fact the message itself says it all: just a
Warning :)

The "missing" qjackctl_en_AU.qm is supposed to be a translation file,
specific to the "en_AU" locale (Australian English?). But i guess you
aussies can live with bare default english, can't you? :) If that's so,
just ignore the message.

Otherwise you can just volunteer to translate qjackctl to Australian :)
