If you like command line, ecasound -i:jack_auto -o:filename.wav (and
connecting om audio to ecasound with qjackctl)

Also "timemachine -f wav" is a good candidate, or directly an audio
editor such as rezound. You always have to route manually the audio in
the patch bay before recording.
