abcde (A Better CD Extractor):

tszilagyi@cora:~$ abcde -h
This is abcde v2.2.6.
Usage: abcde [options] [tracks]
Options:
-1     Encode the whole CD in a single file
[...]

Never tried it myself.
Not sure about the .cue file.
