this is great news. don't know how i missed that, but its a good
reminder. its GPL'ed.

as far as i can tell from CVS, the connection management code is still
not available. there is a big chunk of code that would use it that is
commented out with the note:

   // disabled, since no mLAN software release available.

so i think that this is really just an implementation of IEC61883, not
the whole of mLAN.
