Ubuntu Warty w. homemade 2.6.12-rt-preempt kernel

I have backported rlimits, jack, ardur... from Demudi/Debian unstable
and other sources.

I can run ardour/jack reliably with my old sblive at 5,3ms latency, and have Ubuntu's 
polished desktop.
