Ah - thanks. I was interested in getting an Ozone for when I travel but 
had held off. I do run a 2.6.8 kernel so maybe I can go ahead now.

This new hotplug caused all of my USB to stop working. I went back to 
the old one. Later I was told that I needed something new called coldplug.
