Yes, digitize it and it'll be much higher quality. 
Can I get a mp3 wit' dat? ;P

 ens1371 AKA Soundblaster PCI is supposed to but unfortunately the capture 
rate is really 44.999 due to a hardware bug. They are cheap and available 
though.
