Got the file from its home site and a packaged file from another. I got the packaged file installed and ecasound detects it during ./configure, so all is well. I just wasn't sure if ecasound wanted a file called Libsamplerate or if there was something that had to be configured. Anyway, everything is fine now and ecasound compiled and installed correctly.
