Are you running alsa? It is relatively simple to have multiple sound cards using it. You can make the on board sound card card 1 and then use qjackctl to route jack to the audiofile card for audio work... I have got the same MB and am using a SBLive! plus the onboard sound (which, incidentally has quite good latency at full duplex). The MB is a bit annoying in terms of lockups.. as long as you don't enable apic you will be okay though.. Also I have a weird problem where I have to press the power button twice to get it to switch on.. I would be interested to know if you have the same problem? James.
