[linux-audio-user] Jackd restart script (why do I need it?)

Need this. Very often, first starting to play is full of scratch. Simple stop 
and restart using qjackctl most always clears it up. It is as if period of no 
usage demotes the priority and only  a restart fixes it.

Ideas?
