Your version of apt refuses to install packages without a key, or with unknown keys (it is probably apt coming from fedora.us). The gpg key for the Planet CCRMA repository is here: http://ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/apt/configuration/all/RPM-GPG-KEY.planetccrma.txt Download it and rpm --import it.
