in the package now is a huge tutorial by Mark 
Polishook that is very good to get started. 
additionally, David Cottle recently updated his 
enormous teaching tutorial and it's available 
online but you have to email him to ask for it 
until he feels it's "done" - d.cottle@xxxxxxxx
