IEEHO It is pretty nice software, don't get me wrong, but it's not perfect, and it's very expensive. It's MIDI import screws stuff up a lot, and I've had problems writing drum tracks. There was this one MIDI version of a Dream Theater song I was using so I could learn the tune for a band I was in, and Finale didn't play it back correctly (there were some wierd triplets). The exact same MIDI file imported into Rosegarden 4 played back with the correct rhythm. -- Rule of Feline Frustration: When your cat has fallen asleep on your lap and looks utterly content and adorable, you will suddenly have to go to the bathroom.
