Ha, Thomann. They are quite correct. A year ago I ordered the Edirol UA-20 there, which wasn't supported by ALSA at that time, but I needed it working for LADConf1. No problem sending the device back and buying another one (the infamous Quattro: "Finger weg!") The debug info I collected in the short time I had the UA-20 probably played a role in getting it working in the end.
