Thanks.  I'll need quite a bit more work on the musical side, but I like
the possibilities that technology will now reasonably provide.  It's a
bit of a sour note that the ability to cheaply get high-quality Firewire
devices that other operating systems stopped supporting is now
endangered by Linux systems moving over to Pipewire and similar
infrastructure that really doesn't cooperate all that well with the old
technology.
