All of them roundtrip latency (line out 1 to line in 3).

Note: Line out 1 and 2 on the Babyface Pro are active
balanced, with both pins 2 and 3 driven. Line inputs
3 and 4 are unbalanced and a standard XLR-TRS cable
will short-circuit pin 3 of the outputs. So better
use a special cable, or loop back to the mic inputs.
