It's working, just very low-traffic recently. Discussions (if any) have probably mostly moved to Reddit, Facebook, [other proprietary online 'social' platform here] :-)
As a broader trend, I also I have a feeling that lots of Linux [Audio Users] have switched to different OSs / platforms and that there's probably decreased interest for Linux/FOSS Audio in e.g. example universities and research institutions these days.
