MIDI monitor on Ubuntu Studio 20.04

Hello,

Seeing the benefits of MIDI-OX with Windows, I looked for an alternative that will run on Linux. I was able to get the Kmidimon installed on my Ubuntu Studio 18.04, which I use for business admin activities. (This I did as a test). Going to the production machine, Ubuntu Studio 20.04, I found that apparently, this app cannot be installed there.

I have searched for other app to use, and not found anything useful. I have copied the error messages from the install attempt as a reference. Comment is invited.

    -- Install attempt results:

sudo apt-get install kmidimon

Package kmidimon is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'kmidimon' has no installation candidate
