Going with that route there are quite a few good choices, I would love
to avoid an ADAT expander as much as possible though, for several
reasons.
1. Bad experience in the past
2. One extra power plug, which I can ill afford with 17 devices already
plugged in. :(
3. Depending on the interface the price, though not a big concern for
the UMC1820.

I must admit it looks good, as do the Scarlett 18i20 and one or two
others.
