ׁHi Will,
thanks for chiming in. That sounds awesome!
Exactly the performance I'm after.
Also cheaper than building with Intel.
Just one question, what brings you to use 3 buffers? Is it card related?

Not having any problems here with a Ryzen 5 (must be nearly 3 years old now)
This is running Jack audio, Alsa MIDI. This is for with Rosegarden and Yoshimi
at 48k 4mS latency (64 frames x3) frequently with all MIDI tracks at once and
with some of my heavy duty instrument patches. Sometimes I drop down to 32
frames, just because I can :)
OS is devuan beowulf, WM openbox, filer rox_filer.
At 2mS my biggest project (which I use as a test) will occasionally produce a
single Xrun.

P.S.
Sounds like this :)

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
