*Couldn't care less* - if they could care less it means they at least care a bit. I see this phrase parroted a lot recently with people not thinking about what it means.

Me, too, and a lot of mailing list messages get sent to spam as well.
You'd think after all these years Google would "get" mailing lists.

I use Thunderbird to download mail using POP3 and noticed it seems to miss some mail that Goggle sorts into the Social and Promotions tabs. I just went to Settings and disabled sorting and removed those tabs. Mail from this list and a few others also has a filter to "Never send to spam".

I rarely look at settings though, and was just now astounded at how complicated Gmail has become. Maybe time to open a Tutanota account.
