The "Connect" window is replaced by a "Graph" window.

Here (v. 0.5.5-1) there is a setting in Setup... > Misc > Replace Connections with Graph Button which will retain the 'legacy' interface/behaviour if unselected. Also, even if selected the Connections window remains available through the right-click context menu (as is the Graph one...).
