Sorry, no. Currently, jack-dssi-host just uses the first GUI it
finds, which on your installation is apparently the gtk one. You
could do e.g.

$ cd /usr/lib/dssi/hexter && sudo mv hexter_gtk DISABLED_hexter_gtk
