I have no idea. There are however several ways that it might be done:
convert it from MIDI, not ideal and probably lacking in a few of the
details. :) I don't know if Lilypond can be converted to Musescore.
There is musicXML, which might have an accessible interface. Though I
suppose that you'd be more likely in this instance to find it on a
commercial platform. But don't quote me on that. I have never even tried
to work with notation software and scoring as such. It might make a
difference if there was a real orchestra or bigband that would play my
meagre compositions. :)
