Don't confuse "avoiding noise annoyance for the neighbours of your
studio" with "good sound conditions inside the audio studio". Good
audio related conditions inside the home studio are expensive, but if
you should be rich, those are easily to achieve. Sound reduction in
respect of not annoying neighbours, could be completely impossible, if
you are living in an urban sprawl apartment. As already pointed out,
humans still need to take breath inside a German WWII high-rise bunker.
