It is not completely clear that the linux networking configuration can be
made to know how to route that.  Typically you have to tell the network
stack which interface to use for multicast routing, but in this case the
desire is for multicast to not leave the machine at all.

Going through the network to jack adapter layer adds additional latency,
so I'm not sure exactly what the purpose of running separate jack servers
at low latency would be compared to just running a single server with
higher latency settings.
