While its hardware is limited to 2GB RAM, it is running 64-bit Ubuntu. Even the processor called a "Pentium" in a cheap little-use desktop I have is 64-bit 2 cores. Even the old, cheap entry-level tablet I'm using has a 64-bit 4-core chip in it. (Not to ignore the 64 GPU cores the Tegra chip also includes.) Single core CPUs went away a long time ago.
