The Doepfer I haven't been able to try but regardless of keyboard I
prefer the Pianoteq engine over all of the sampled pianos.  There's
still a slight hint of incongruence between the physical interaction
and the sound synthesis when compared to the lever/hammer/string of a
real piano but it's easy to forget about this and just play.
