Why do an XGetSelectionOwner on startup ? Nothing is being pasted
to any of your windows at that time, they are not even visible if
they exist at all. Same for the XGrabServer. Looks like qjackctl
is doing a lot of X11 stuff it should do in the first place.

That things worked for ages doesn't mean a thing - the same updat
e uncovered a 15 years old bug in my own code (not related to X11).
