The Debian and Ubuntu policy is to autostart everything a package contains that could be autostarted. Consider to disable all services you don't need. You might be using something like ntpd, perhaps polling 1 time each hour, maybe by wifi, sharing an IRQ with the USB ports you use for the USB audio interfaces.
