Indeed. I've used similar setups over the years, it's a quick & easy modular solution for making MIDI-based music with Linux. Sequencer to synths to DSP to recorder. Onwards to soundfile editor and mastering program. Straight out of the late 80s. :) Btw, my use of Bitwig was pragmatic (i.e. I'm lazy), it has a nice setting (Mix 2) for its compressor. Similar settings on a FLOSS plugin should work as well.

Sean's synths are great. Anyone else want to see them in LV2 and/or VST format ?
