An Introduction to using Praxis LIVE

This workshop will introduce you to Praxis LIVE, an open-source, hybrid-visual tool for creative coding. Easily build projections, interactive spaces, audio-visual performances, and much more. The first half of the workshop will cover basic project setup, the intuitive graphical patcher interface, and the range of available components for manipulating audio, video and data. After this, you can continue to explore the graphical aspects of the software, or learn how to “drop down” into code to create your own components and live-code audio/video with Processing, Java and GLSL.
