I use the omni i/o with my delta66 with out any issues. I don't think
the sound card really knows the difference between the 4x4 box and the
omni i/o. I don't use the s/pdif at all. I only got the 66 with the omni
i/o because at the time sweetwater had a deal on the package that was
cheaper than buying the 44 and the omni i/o separately.

As someone else already said, their is no midi on these cards.

I'm using an asus a7v8x w/ athlon XP 2800+. It runs a bit hot, but is
plenty of CPU for my uses.
