That is just for module-jackdbus-detect.so
you just need module-jack-source.so and module-jackdbus-detect.so to be put in /usr/lib/pulse-8.0/modules/ ... assuming arch puts them in the same place as debian. Not knowing how arch packages work... I don't know if it is possible as in debian to force an install, which would also work.
