I've used OBS for the radium videos. I also tried simplescreenrecorder,
but it wasn't up to the task of capturing 1900x1000x60 without using too much CPU

Just tried vokoscreen. It's not up to the task either, probably since it uses ffmpeg, 
similarly to simplescreenrecorder. OBS is really great, except that it can take
some time to figure out the configuration.
