Yes, try the MOD pitchshifters:
https://github.com/moddevices/mod-pitchshifter
They are LV2 plugins, so you'll need some host to load them.

I've installed them (in /usr/lib/lv2), but ardour4 don't seem to find
them. I'm searching....
