I'm in troubles with Jack:

# jackstart -R -P1 -dalsa -dvia82xx -r44100 -p1024 -n2 -m -P

jackd comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY
This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
under certain conditions; see the file COPYING for details

loading driver ..
apparent rate = 44100
creating alsa driver ... via82xx|-|1024|2|44100|0|0|nomon|swmeter|-|32bit
configuring for 44100Hz, period = 1024 frames, buffer = 2 periods
Couldn't open via82xx for 32bit samples trying 24bit instead
Couldn't open via82xx for 24bit samples trying 16bit instead
Sorry. The audio interface "via82xx" doesn't support any of the hardware
sample formats that JACK's alsa-driver can use.
ALSA: cannot configure playback channel
cannot load driver module alsa

My Machine:
Debian Sarge Kernel 2.6.8 with realtime-lsm modules
Via82xx ( VIA Technologies, Inc. VT82C686 AC97 Audio Controller (rev 40) )

Alsa modules are loaded with the default configuration by www.alsa-project.org
documentation.
