yes. qjackctl needs to run in that case and the DBus interface in
qjackctl's "Misc" Settings need to be enabled.

+1. makes perfect sense.

That will happen in the year after the year of the Jack Audio Desktop
and the location will probably be somewhere below C:\Program Files
(x128)\Jack 3\ :-)
