DFasma is written with Qt5.

As Chris said, you have to be sure to use qmake of Qt5.
In distrib/compile_dfasma_from_github.sh:
QMAKENAME=qmake-qt5
? Or something similar.
Look at the qmake* commands you have on your machine.

Hm. I have qtmultimedia5-dev installed, but you're using Qt4 right? I
can't find any package named qt4-multimedia-dev or similar.

Maybe switch to Qt5? :o)
