Cannot test it on my laptop as apparently the Alsa Sequencer isn't set up correctly on this box. There was no install/build readme. I had to modify the make file on my Gentoo box for the location of qt3. I used /usr/qt/3. There are a few warning messages, mostly conversion warnings, durning the build. Do you want me to send you those?
