You are right, I just understood there was something missing !
I'm sorry as I'm really new to all these stuffs.

So here is my procedure :

1/ start jack2 : jackd -d alsa -r 44100 -p 256 -n 16 -P -S */exact ?/*
2/ start jconvolver : jconvolver filter-44100.conf
*3/ Conect jconvolver to soundcard : ???*
4/ start squeezelite
